Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in the applicable state
  • Experience providing in-home therapy or home-based mental health services
  • Ability to work with diverse age groups (children, teens, adults, seniors) and a range of concerns (depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction)
  • Willingness to deliver sessions via in-home visits or telehealth and adapt to flexible scheduling (part-time, PRN, or full-time)

Requirements:

  • Provide in-home psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families addressing depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders, and addiction
  • Deliver therapy in-home or via telehealth, aligned with treatment plans and client needs
  • Collaborate with the Direct Access team to coordinate care and treatment planning
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans, track progress, and utilize modalities such as EMDR, Play Therapy, Disruptive Behavior management, or Addiction treatment as appropriate

DIRECT ACCESS is an all age, community based, mental health provider that provides psychiatry, psychotherapy, and care management services to individuals, couples, and families who are working through some of life's most challenging moments.



We are seeking licensed clinical social workers to provide in-home therapy to patients struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and eating or addiction related concerns. We offer a treatment environment that allows you to work a flexible schedule around family, personal, and other professional commitments.
