• Supports recruitment and hiring processes by conducting interviews, tracking candidate progress in HRIS, and assisting throughout the hiring cycle.

• Serves as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and coordinating interviews and meetings.

• Manages job board postings across platforms including LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, and Idealist, while assisting with job board research and administrative correspondence.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

• Highly organized professional with strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, along with keen attention to detail.

• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices with proficiency in Notion, Asana, and job management software.

• Able to commit 8-10 hours weekly for 8-10 months.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
