Sales Development Executive – Identity and Access Management - Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales development or outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience selling or supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) or cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong lead generation, qualification, and discovery skills with a track record of building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools, plus excellent written and verbal communication

Requirements:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify IAM and cybersecurity opportunities through outbound and inbound channels to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track activity, and provide regular pipeline and forecast reports
  • Research target accounts (community banks and credit unions) to tailor messaging and improve engagement with potential customers

Job description

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 base
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 – $200,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
