We at iLogos are actively developing our iGaming direction and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us grow and shape it together.

We are looking for a commercially driven person who is excited not only about closing deals, but also about helping build the direction itself, establishing partnerships, and contributing to long-term business growth within the slots/casino space.

The role is focused on building relationships with operators, aggregators, and strategic partners, owning the commercial process end-to-end.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong proven experience in Business Development within iGaming

  • Strong understanding of the B2B provider/operator ecosystem

  • Existing network within the iGaming industry

  • Experience negotiating commercial partnership agreements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growing direction with evolving processes

  • Ability to work independently and own partnerships end-to-end

  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher

What the role is about:

  • Develop and grow partnerships with iGaming operators, aggregators, and platform providers

  • Own the full business development cycle

  • Help shape and develop the company’s iGaming business direction together with leadership

  • Identify new market opportunities, regions, and partnership models

  • Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share structures and partnership agreements

  • Work closely with production, delivery, and leadership teams to align business opportunities with execution capabilities

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within the iGaming industry

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
