  • Shape and continuously improve AppAgent Growth services, identifying what we should do better and making it happen.
  • Lead the Growth team, raising quality and developing colleagues, while integrating AI to drive progress.

Job description

Top mobile game publishers like Supercell and Etermax turn to us when they need to break through the noise and unlock their growth. As Head of Mobile Growth, you will lead the team that makes it happen and raise the bar on what great mobile growth looks like, for our clients and for us.

YOUR TASKS IN A NUTSHELL

  • Set the growth direction for some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, from new launches to established games looking for their next stage.

  • Be the strategic advisor clients trust, shaping their marketing roadmaps and building partnerships that go beyond individual campaigns.

  • Shape how AppAgent designs and delivers its Growth services, identifying what we should do better and making it happen.

  • Lead the Growth team well, raising the bar on quality while helping colleagues develop their expertise.

  • Bring AI into how the team works in a way that actually drives progress.

ABOUT YOU

  • Deep background in mobile marketing with core expertise in User Acquisition and direct experience in mobile games.

  • You think beyond UA, with a solid understanding of the full growth stack (ASO, Creative, Analytics).

  • You find the story in the data and can turn numbers into a clear, actionable strategy.

  • Experience leading and developing others, raising the quality of work without taking ownership away from the team.

  • A clear communicator who builds trust with senior clients and brings the best out of the people around them.
