Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in O2C, accounts receivable, credit management or related back-office roles
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules), CRM desirable and English at least intermediate

Requirements:

  • Manage accounts receivable and collections processes, supporting the sales team in timely collection of balances and negotiating payment terms
  • Oversee customer credit risk including credit analysis, opening of credits, and assignment of credit limits
  • Ensure proper release and recording of sales orders per portfolio analysis and current policies; ensure accurate posting of payments and reconciliations of AR, cash/bank, and accounting
  • Prepare and analyze key O2C reports (ageing, DSO, provisions, collections) and manage customer creation and associated documentation; ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Coordinador/a Order to Cash (O2C) con enfoque analítico y orientación a resultados, que contribuya a la gestión eficiente del ciclo O2C, asegurando el adecuado manejo del riesgo de crédito, la administración de la cartera y la correcta liberación de pedidos. Buscamos una persona con capacidad de trabajo colaborativo, comunicación efectiva con equipos comerciales y compromiso con el cumplimiento de políticas y controles financieros.

Responsabilidades
  • Gestionar el proceso de cartera y cobranza, apoyando a la fuerza comercial en la recuperación oportuna de saldos y en la negociación de acuerdos de pago.
  • Administrar el riesgo de crédito de los clientes, incluyendo análisis, apertura de créditos y asignación de cupos.
  • Asegurar la correcta liberación y registro de órdenes de venta de acuerdo con el análisis de cartera y las políticas vigentes.
  • Garantizar la correcta contabilización de pagos y conciliaciones de cartera, bancos y AR vs Contabilidad.Elaborar y analizar reportes clave del área (cartera por edades, DSO, provisiones, gestión de cobranza)
  • Administrar la creación de clientes y la gestión documental asociada.
  • Calcular y controlar las provisiones de cartera conforme a las políticas de la compañía.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas de compliance y la normativa local

Requisitos 

  • Profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en O2C, cartera, créditos, back‑office comercial o financiero.
  • Manejo de Excel nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Experiencia en ERP (módulos Sales Order y Accounts Receivable).
  • Conocimiento de gestión de cartera, DSO y provisiones.
  • Manejo de CRM (deseable).
  • Inglés Intermedio deseable (no excluyente)
