We're building and scaling social in a bigger way, and we're looking for someone to help own that first experience and turn early interest into real momentum.


Role Summary

The Social Lead Conversion Specialist owns Destify's social lead pipeline from first touch through qualification and handoff. You will manage inbound social leads, engage quickly, qualify intent, nurture opportunities, and move qualified leads through the pipeline until conversion into a deal. Once a lead converts, ownership transitions to the Sales team.


You will engage directly with couples across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social communities, turning social conversations into qualified pipeline opportunities. The role requires fast multi-channel follow-up across phone, SMS, and social messaging.


This is not a cold outbound role. It is a high-speed inbound and social conversion role focused on speed-to-lead, qualification quality, and pipeline momentum.


This is also a new and growing channel for Destify. While there are existing systems and processes in place, not every part of the process is fully built yet. The right person will be comfortable operating in an evolving environment and helping improve the process as the channel grows.


What You'll Own

Social Lead Pipeline Management

  • Own and manage inbound social leads from first touch through qualification and handoff
  • Manage lead activity within HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, lead stages, notes, and next steps
  • Ensure clean handoff into Sales once leads convert into deals

Social Conversations and Qualification

  • Manage inbound conversations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and messaging channels
  • Qualify leads through natural conversation
  • Identify timing, destination interest, guest count, and planning readiness
  • Build trust quickly and create momentum toward next steps

Multi-Channel Follow-Up

  • Make outbound calls to warm inbound leads
  • Follow up through SMS and social messaging
  • Ensure fast response times across channels
  • Keep conversations moving forward with urgency and clarity

In-Platform Opportunity Development

  • Identify opportunities within social platforms and communities
  • Monitor engagement and conversations that may signal planning intent
  • Support community-led lead generation through thoughtful engagement

Sales Handoff and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate handoff of qualified leads into the Sales team
  • Ensure Sales has the right context and lead notes for strong continuity
  • Work cross-functionally to improve lead quality and handoff processes

Marketing Feedback Loop

  • Share recurring customer questions, objections, and themes with Marketing
  • Help improve content, automation, and lead generation strategy based on real customer conversations

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years in sales development, inbound lead management, customer support, or social selling
  • Experience managing inbound leads across social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Confidence making outbound phone calls to warm inbound leads
  • Strong qualification skills with the ability to identify intent and buying readiness
  • Experience working inside a CRM with strong pipeline hygiene and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build trust quickly across phone, SMS, and direct message

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in HubSpot CRM, including workflows and automation
  • Experience with ManyChat or other social automation tools
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, weddings, or event-based sales
  • Experience supporting community engagement or lead generation inside social communities and groups

Salary Description
