As we continue to grow, social has become an increasingly important channel for how couples discover, engage with, and begin their journey with us. We're building and scaling social in a bigger way, and we're looking for someone to help own that first experience and turn early interest into real momentum.
The Social Lead Conversion Specialist owns Destify's social lead pipeline from first touch through qualification and handoff. You will manage inbound social leads, engage quickly, qualify intent, nurture opportunities, and move qualified leads through the pipeline until conversion into a deal. Once a lead converts, ownership transitions to the Sales team.
You will engage directly with couples across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social communities, turning social conversations into qualified pipeline opportunities. The role requires fast multi-channel follow-up across phone, SMS, and social messaging.
This is not a cold outbound role. It is a high-speed inbound and social conversion role focused on speed-to-lead, qualification quality, and pipeline momentum.
This is also a new and growing channel for Destify. While there are existing systems and processes in place, not every part of the process is fully built yet. The right person will be comfortable operating in an evolving environment and helping improve the process as the channel grows.
