Requirements:

  • Collaborate with the ACM Sales and Marketing Team to lead dedicated Key Accounts and expand market share in Blood Oxygenation Management and Perioperative/Brain Monitoring.
  • Execute Marketing Initiatives in dedicated Key Accounts and maximize business results through new contracts and investments.
  • Develop and expand relationships with OEM partners at a national level; promote and educate hospital staff on Medtronic solutions to improve patient safety.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for pathway optimization, KOL management within Key Accounts, and cross-unit collaboration (including Western European OEM Team), while negotiating with national private healthcare providers to drive growth.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In order to continue our Market Leading role within many of our therapies and further strengthen our UK team, we are looking for talented individuals who are interested in a newly created role as Commercial Development Manager - OEM.  In this role you will be responsible for dedicated Key Accounts within the UK to expand and gain Market Share in our core business areas of Blood Oxygenation Management and Perioperative / Brain Monitoring.  The position will involve:

·       Close collaboration with the ACM Sales and Marketing Team

·       Execution on Marketing Initiatives in dedicated Key Accounts

·       Maximizing business results through new contracts and investments

·       Developing and expanding the relationship with our OEM partners on a National level

·       Promoting and educating hospital staff on our unique solutions to improve patient safety

·       Proactively seeking new opportunities for pathway optimization and collaboration with other Medtronic Operating Units

·       KOL Management within dedicated Key Accounts

·       Collaboration with Western European OEM Team

·       Negotiating with UK Private Healthcare Providers, at a national level, to drive financial growth and market share in this sector.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

·       Strong grasp of company business strategy and future growth plans

·       Thorough understanding of value-based Healthcare and ability to network with managerial level stakeholders

·       Solid understanding of Healthcare Market in country

·       Sales background

·       Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills

·       A flexible individual feeling at ease in different cultures and situations

·       Passionate about the business; knowledge and experience within a Medical or Healthcare organisation

This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
