About the Role
The client is seeking a Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative across
multiple digital products and marketing channels.
This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on design, working
from clear briefs, and building a strong portfolio within a growing business. The role is
focused on execution and creative quality rather than strategy.
You will work closely with a Marketing Manager and wider team to bring campaigns, content,
and sales materials to life. Portfolio quality and visual thinking are valued more highly than
formal qualifications or length of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Delivery
● Design and produce:
○ Sales collateral and pitch decks
○ Brochures, one-pagers, and case studies
○ Event materials such as banners, signage, and display assets
○ Website and digital visuals
● Deliver creative assets across multiple brands or product lines, adapting style while
maintaining overall brand consistency
● Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all outputs
Social Media Design
● Create visual assets for social media, including static graphics and carousels
● Adapt designs for different platforms and formats
● Support the creation of reusable templates to improve speed and consistency
Collaboration & Workflow
● Work to clear briefs provided by the marketing team
● Respond positively to feedback and iterate designs as required
● Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Skills & Experience
Essential
● Strong graphic design skills demonstrated through a high-quality portfolio
● Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
● Confidence using relevant design tools
● Ability to work to briefs and deadlines
Desirable
● Experience designing for digital and social media
● Basic understanding of brand guidelines and consistency
● Interest in developing into a more senior creative role over time
