In this role, you will be the bridge between customer data and successful global shipments. You will have the power to identify problems and create better workflows, directly helping our clients manage their logistics more effectively while growing your career in an international environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Solve Data Puzzles: Analyze client data and set up the systems needed for smooth shipment audits.

  • Be a Problem-Solver: Identify tricky areas in data and fix operational mistakes to keep things moving.

  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with IT teams to create smart business rules and update technical guides.

  • Guide Our Customers: Talk directly with clients to help them set up our tools to fit their specific business needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience working as an analyst.

  • Language: You speak and write English well (Upper-Intermediate level) and enjoy working with people from different cultures.

  • Technical Skills: You are an expert in MS Office, especially Excel, and have strong analytical skills.

  • Work Style: You pay close attention to details, learn fast, and stay calm when working under time pressure.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using JIRA.

  • Prior knowledge of the logistics or transportation industry.
