Job Summary

Responsible for developing and managing strategic sourcing and vendor relationship partner strategies for assigned vendors related to outsourced Business Process Services (BPS). Manages the selection, acquisition and monitoring of contractual agreements for Business Operations for assigned vendors. Works closely with Business Operations Partners to understand their needs & serves as the central point of contact for purchases, deliveries and challenges related to products and services. Articulates and negotiates service level agreements. Drives partnerships with vendors to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency, in support of measuring, monitoring, and adjusting support to achieve maximum value for the spend.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role. Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding  Alaska, California, Hawaii or New York. Sponsorship is not available

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related experience working in Operations, with experience in onshore and offshore vendor relationship management and/or onshore and offshorevendor relationship owner role

  • Proven history in vendor relationship management and/or vendor relationship ownership. Outstanding communication, negotiation, planning, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret vendor contracts

  • Ability to understand, negotiate, and track committed contract spend for any given vendor contract we engage in

  • Need to guide and drive Luminare Health staff on value maximization.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally all requirements, contract redlines, and business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Luminare Health staff and our vendors.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$89,500.00 - $168,000.00

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
