Walk beside young people as they reclaim safety, hope and possibility
Katherine is home to young people with extraordinary resilience. Many are navigating homelessness, disconnection and complex challenges long before they reach adulthood. This role exists to meet them where they are and offer something many have gone without for too long. Consistency. Safety. Someone who shows up and stays the course.

You will help them feel seen, valued and supported as they take steps toward safer, more stable futures.
This role provides proactive, strengths-based support to young people who are marginalised, disconnected from services or experiencing or at risk of homelessness. You will deliver consistent outreach, case management, advocacy and practical assistance that improves access to housing, health, education, employment and community supports.
The position is based at Katherine Corps. There will be some flexibility to work from home on an interim basis while renovations are underway. Tools of trade including a work vehicle, laptop and mobile phone are provided.
This is a full-time permanent position within Youth Services and reports to the NT State Manager. Pay is in accordance with a SCHADS Level 4.
