We're looking for a Senior Performance Specialist to own and deliver digital campaigns across our client portfolio. You'll work on meaningful accounts, drive results, and bring sharp analytical thinking to everything you do. 

This is a hands-on role for someone confident in managing complex campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and acting as a trusted expert in performance marketing. 

What you’ll do 

  • Own end-to-end execution of digital performance campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, etc.). 

  • Own campaign performance by analyzing data, optimizing execution, and scaling results against clear goals. 

  • Act as a go-to expert for performance marketing within the team. 

  • Contribute to strategy and proactively identify growth opportunities across accounts. 

  • Prepare clear, insight-driven reports with actionable recommendations for clients. 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, participating in meetings and strategic discussions. 

  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams, including Baltic region initiatives.

  • Clear communication skills  able to turn data into meaningful insights for clients. 

  • High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership. 

  • Proactive, solution-oriented approach and confidence to challenge and improve ideas. 

  • Curiosity about the digital landscape and motivation to stay ahead of trends.

  • Salary: from3000 EUR gross per month.
