Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC) are looking for a sharp, organized Executive Assistant to directly support our CEO. This role is the operational backbone of the executive office — keeping schedules on track, managing day-to-day tasks, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're the person who loves a clean inbox, a color-coded calendar, and a well-built spreadsheet, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Co-CEO's calendar, appointments, and scheduling across multiple priorities
  • Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing gets missed
  • Build and maintain Excel trackers, reports, and operational spreadsheets
  • Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and recap summaries for internal meetings
  • Draft and organize correspondence, memos, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with department leads and clinical directors across AWA and PRC locations
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects as directed
  • Communicate professionally on behalf of executive leadership in both English and Spanish

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — written and verbal — required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Reliable, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information
  • Proactive communicator who follows through without being chased
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health a plus, not required
  • Positive, team-first attitude — someone who takes pride in making others' work easier
