About the team

As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and inclusive interview experience. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, using advanced scheduling tools to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation throughout the candidate journey.

You Will Get To:
Coordinate and manage complex, high-volume interview schedules using automated tools integrated with Workday, Outlook, and Zoom.
Serve as the primary contact for virtual, multi-day, and panel interviews, ensuring accurate setup and clear communication.
Manage scheduling actions, including reschedules, substitutions, and cancellations, while maintaining data accuracy.
Troubleshoot scheduling issues such as availability conflicts, time zone discrepancies, and automation errors.
Communicate proactively with recruiters and interviewers to prevent conflicts and ensure clarity.
Track interview feedback, NDA signatures, and other hiring documentation to maintain compliance.
Mentor and train Recruiting Coordinators on best practices for automation, calendar management, and candidate communication.
Lead or participate in initiatives to improve team efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
