Roles & Responsibilities

  • BS or MS in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably with IT distributors or MSP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases; comfortable working in EST timezone hours; highly organized and detail-oriented

Requirements:

  • Prepare quotes and process requisitions for hardware and software, including sourcing, negotiation, ordering, receiving, and distribution of equipment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors; manage client expectations through proactive communication
  • Track, record, and audit products to ensure accurate client invoices; participate in shipping and receiving
  • Support additional duties and assignments as required by management

⏰ Shift Schedule & Work Setup:

  • US Eastern Timezone (Night Shift in PH)
  • 100% Remote â€“ work from the comfort of your home

🏢 Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist supports the client success team, the professional services team and client organizations directly through full-service quoting, procurement and inventory management which results in direct value.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotes and process requisitions for hardware and software including sourcing, negotiation, ordering, receiving and distribution of equipment
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors
  • Manage client expectations through timely feedback and proactive communication with client and team members
  • Assist with tracking, recording, and auditing of products to ensure accurate client invoices
  • Participating in shipping and receiving
  • Other duties and assignments as required by the management team

Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Maintains the ability to stay organized and be detail-oriented
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products and databases is required
  • Comfortable working in EST timezone hours

Experience

  • BS / MS in Finance, Accounting or Business Managment 
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant field preferably with IT distributors or MSP
