We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a next-generation creation and design suite, shaping how users transform ideas into compelling visual and multimodal content. This role will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and user experience for AI-assisted creative workflows, helping non-designers create professional-quality outputs effortlessly.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product journey from MVP to a flagship creation platform, defining roadmap, vision, and success metrics
  • Own the end-to-end user experience for visual creation workflows, from ideation and layout to export and publishing
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, SEO, Research, and AI teams to build adaptive, multimodal creation experiences
  • Define and optimize workflows, templates, and design systems that simplify content creation for non-technical users
  • Partner closely with writing, chat, and productivity product teams to ensure seamless transitions between ideation, drafting, and design
  • Use analytics, research insights, and product intuition to balance user delight, technical feasibility, and business outcomes
  • Lead a cross-functional team focused on measurable growth in engagement, retention, traffic, and user satisfaction
  • Drive experimentation and continuous iteration to improve creation speed, output quality, and user experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years working on creation, design, or productivity-focused products
  • Proven experience taking consumer-facing products from 0→1 or scaling products from 1→N
  • Strong exposure to B2C/consumer product ecosystems
  • Experience with AI-assisted or automation-driven workflows such as generative AI, text-to-image systems, auto-layout, or multimodal content creation
  • Deep understanding of UX principles for creative tools and empathy for non-technical users
  • Strong design sensibility with knowledge of visual hierarchy, layouts, and intuitive design experiences
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation frameworks to guide decisions
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

What Success Looks Like:

First 30 Days – Learn & Align

  • Gain deep understanding of the platform vision, user personas, and existing MVP experience
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and pain points
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research
  • Build strong working relationships across Design, Engineering, AI, and Research teams
  • Align on key priorities and success metrics

30–90 Days – Define & Prioritize

  • Build a clear roadmap for post-MVP development
  • Prioritize workflows, templates, and AI-assisted features with the highest user impact
  • Establish analytics frameworks and feedback loops to measure product success
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to position the product effectively

90–180 Days – Execute & Scale

  • Launch new workflows and features that significantly improve user productivity and output quality
  • Define long-term strategy for multimodal and AI-powered creation experiences
  • Drive engagement and retention through rapid experimentation and iteration
  • Build the foundation for a scalable, user-friendly creation ecosystem

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Generative AI products or AI-powered design tools
  • Strong understanding of consumer product growth and retention mechanics
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on product execution
