Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide therapy services through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will work with clients navigating relationship concerns, family stress, communication issues, emotional challenges, and major life transitions.

Your day will include meeting with clients virtually, completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, tracking progress, and helping clients build healthier patterns at home and in their relationships. This is a steady full-time role for an LMFT who enjoys meaningful clinical work and wants the structure of a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs, goals, and presenting concerns
  • Create treatment plans that reflect each client’s clinical goals and progress
  • Support clients working through relationship conflict, family dynamics, grief, anxiety, stress, and life changes
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates
  • Use electronic health record systems to manage client records and session documentation
  • Follow all state, federal, HIPAA, and professional standards for telehealth care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related clinical field
  • Active LMFT license in the state of New York
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
  • Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
