About Our Clients

Our client is a fast-growing DTC e-commerce company focused on scaling performance marketing through data-driven decision-making. They operate across multiple paid media channels and are building a best-in-class data stack to support aggressive growth. They are looking for a Domo BI Analyst to own the marketing analytics layer and deliver insights that directly impact revenue and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the “single source of truth” for marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
  • Track and analyze core KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and cohort performance
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions (e.g., creative performance, channel efficiency, customer quality)
  • Partner with marketing and media buying teams to improve attribution visibility and decision-making
  • Use Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, SQL) to clean, transform, and model data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWS data sources
  • Design and build executive-grade dashboards that are intuitive, actionable, and mobile-friendly
  • Develop calculated fields and business logic for e-commerce metrics (e.g., contribution margin, blended CAC, MER)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers
  • Act as the bridge between data engineering and business teams, translating requirements into scalable reporting solutions
  • Define requirements for new data pipelines and integrations with engineering partners
  • Enable stakeholders by training teams on Domo usage, alerts, and self-serve analytics capabilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analytics, ideally in DTC or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, CTR, conversion rate)
  • Hands-on experience with paid media data (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Proficiency in Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, dashboarding); certification is a plus
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, data transformation)
  • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, and/or data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights that influence business decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
