Roles & Responsibilities

Active Occupational Therapist license
Tennessee OT license (TN) must be valid before start date
Residence in a compact licensing state eligible for OT licensure (OT Compact)
Availability to work 8-10 hours per week remotely with flexible evening hours

Requirements:

Deliver telehealth occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population using evidence-based care.
Independently manage your caseload under the Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE) model with 8-10 hours per week and flexible evening availability.
Document and communicate using provided scheduling and documentation systems to minimize admin time while maintaining quality care.
Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing support to set you up for success and drive positive patient outcomes.

Under our new Visit-Based-Earnings (ViBE!) offering, you are in control of your caseload, while we provide you the skills and tools to be successful.
