Lead in developing and sustaining automated test suites, diving deep into debugging producon issues, design and developing load tests, benchmarks, tools and procedures to make it reliable.
Help and nurture engineers on the team, guiding them to scale new heights in their careers.
Evaluate and deploy essenal soware tools, processes, and metrics.
