Job Summary
- The Data Analyst Intern will support the Sharecare Clinical, Billing, and Extract team. This role will assist in developing a standardized intake process for new work requests, including billing rule enhancements and data extract requests. The intern will play a key role in improving the consistency, clarity, and efficiency of how new work is requested, documented, and tracked.
- Essential Functions
- Define, document, and consolidate existing capabilities across billing and extract functions
- Assist in designing and maintaining a standardized intake/request form to improve clarity and efficiency in ticket submission
- Support the intake and lifecycle management of new requests, including documentation and communication
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate accurate and complete request submissions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure alignment and effective delivery of requests
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred
- Previous work experience or meaningful extracurricular involvement preferred
