  • AI Speed: Identify and implement AI tools that cut turnaround; use Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and other tools to scaffold code, draft copy, and automate repetitive tasks

Senior Digital Experience Engineer

We need someone who gets genuinely excited when handed five messy projects at once. Who instinctively reaches for the newest AI tool when everyone else is still copy-pasting. Who can flip from Figma to a PHP template to an n8n workflow to a landing page brief — and make each one look intentional. If that sounds exhausting to you, keep scrolling. WHAT WE'RE BUILDING

Across the Embrace Software portfolio, we run a growing library of B2B SaaS brands — each with its own website, CMS, landing page stack, and digital presence. We're in the middle of migrating legacy WordPress sites, building net-new pages on modern CMS platforms, launching campaign landing pages, and building webform + UTM infrastructure that actually ties back to revenue. This is the person who owns all of it across brands, and makes it look like one team built it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Design & UX.  Create wireframes, high-fidelity layouts, and design systems aligned with brand and business goals. Own the visual quality bar across all digital properties.
  • Engineering.  Build and manage sites across WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, and custom stacks. Develop themes, templates, and reusable components. Migrate from legacy CMS to modern platforms end-to-end.

  • Delivery.  Manage multiple concurrent projects across brands. Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders. Create structure where there isn't any.
