This is a remote position.
Role: Senior Associate - Oracle Cloud HRMS - Payroll. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • Level: Experienced Professional, • 4–6+ years of relevant professional experience (Big 4 or comparable consulting environment preferred). • Strong written and verbal communication skills, also ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Lead defined work streams within engagements, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables • Perform detailed analysis, documentation, testing, and validation activities • Develop client-ready deliverables (reports, dashboards, models, presentations) • Identify risks, issues, and process improvement opportunities • Translate technical findings into clear business insights.
