Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diploma or higher (associate degree preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience; paper mill or chemical plant experience preferred.
  • Strong learning ability and willingness to learn, with safety awareness, teamwork, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and a service mindset; ability to listen to customer needs.
  • Basic technical understanding with analytical/problem-solving abilities; willingness to adapt to flexible schedules and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

  • Conduct daily data checks and perform routine equipment maintenance.
  • Provide product usage support and technical consultation to customers, addressing usage questions and issues.
  • Record, track, and coordinate timely resolution of customer-reported equipment or system failures.
  • Manage consumables and inventory, including chemical transfers and additions, and assist in organizing and updating after-sales documentation.

- 日常数据检测和设备维护
- 为客户提供产品使用支持与技术咨询,解答客户在使用过程中遇到的问题;
- 协助处理客户反馈的设备或系统故障,并提供解决方案;
- 记录并跟踪客户问题处理进度,确保问题及时闭环;
- 消耗及盘点统计;
- 药品的转移以及添加;
- 配合团队完成售后相关文档的整理与更新工作。

【任职要求】
- 大专及以上学历,有5年及以上相关工作经验;纸厂或化工厂经验为佳
- 学习能力和意愿强,有较强的安全意识和团队合作精神,注重细节,有责任心
- 具备良好的沟通能力与服务意识,能够耐心倾听客户需求;
- 对技术有基本了解,具备一定的问题分析与解决能力;
- 工作认真负责,能适应灵活的工作安排及临时任务;
