Responsibilities

  • Deal sourcing and analysis: market and competitive analyses; identify and screen target companies in focus sectors
  • Due diligence and financial modeling: assist with due diligence, perform financial analyses and model LBOs and value-creation plans
  • Transaction support: prepare deal materials and Investment Committee documents; pre- and post-management meeting support
  • Portfolio management and firm development: contribute to portfolio value-creation programs, market monitoring and KPI analysis; support internal projects for organizational development, process optimization and strategic direction

Deine Aufgaben

  • Deal Sourcing & Analyse: Erstellung von Markt-/Wettbewerbsanalysen, Identifikation und Screening von Zielunternehmen in unseren Fokussektoren.
  • Due Diligence & Financial Modeling: Mitarbeit bei der Due Diligence potenzieller neuer Beteili-gungen, Durchführung finanzieller Analysen und Modellierung von LBOs sowie Value Creation Plänen. 
  • Transaktions- & Investment-Support: Vorbereitung von Deal-Materialien und Investment Committee Unterlagen, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Management Meetings. 
  • Portfolio Management: Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Portfoliounternehmen, insbesondere an Value Creation Programmen, Marktmonitoring und Analyse operativer KPIs. 
  • Firm Development: Unterstützung bei internen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation, Prozessoptimierung und strategischen Ausrichtung. 

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder fortgeschrittenes Masterstudium (BWL/Finance/Management oder MINT mit Finance-Bezug) mit sehr guten Studienleistungen.
  • Mindestens zwei relevante Praktika in den Bereichen Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Private Equity oder Transaction Services.
  • Exzellente Excel- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse, solides Bewertungsverständnis und Financial Modeling Vorkenntnisse (inkl. LBOs) von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Ownership-Mentalität, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit in dynamischen Deal-Phasen.
