This role sits at the core of the client’s wealth management division, offering access to premium products including global equities, pre-IPO deals, and structured solutions. As a Senior RM / Investment Consultant (Wealth Management), you will work with an existing base of qualified clients, focusing on long-term capital growth strategies and high-value relationship management within a trusted, institutional environment.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth clients within an established global platform;

  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizons;

  • Build tailored investment strategies leveraging international markets and advanced financial instruments;

  • Drive sales of investment products including brokerage services, advisory, pre-IPO opportunities, and structured products;

  • Lead clients through the full investment lifecycle — from initial engagement to execution and ongoing portfolio optimisation;

  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships to maximise retention and lifetime value;

  • Proactively identify market opportunities and translate them into actionable client recommendations;

  • Collaborate with internal product, legal, and compliance teams across the group to deliver seamless solutions;

  • Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and performance targets within a high-performance environment.

🎓 Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product sales;

  • Strong expertise in financial markets and investment instruments (equities, derivatives, structured products, IPOs);

  • Proven success in managing and monetising client portfolios, ideally within a reputable financial institution;

  • Experience working with high-net-worth or affluent clients is highly desirable;

  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative, trust-driven sales approach;

  • Strong business acumen and ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment;

  • High level of independence, ownership, and results orientation;

  • Fluency in English written and spoken.
