Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Italian speaking Sales Advisor to join their team in Greece.

 

Position: Sales Advisor

Location: remote, Greece 

Work model: remote

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, and email channels

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction and resolution

  • Build and maintain positive relationships through clear and professional communication

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information using internal tools and systems

  • Achieve individual and team performance targets including call-handling KPIs

  • Maintain detailed customer records, accounts, and interaction documentation

  • Always follow communication procedures and data protection policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or near-native level in Italian, with fluency in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Strong customer service and contact handling experience across multiple channels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening ability

  • High computer literacy and confidence working with several systems simultaneously

  • Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills

  • Customer-focused mindset with awareness of sensitive data handling

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
