  • Draft and manage Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts and invoices, ensuring all sales documents are accurate and issued on time
  • Process invoices and POs promptly to support smooth billing, reconciliation and cashflow
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly B2B and vending sales reports for the sales team and supervisor, highlighting key trends for review

Job description

Boxgreen is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator (B2B Sales) to support our growing corporate client base and smart vending business. In this role, you will be the key link between our clients, sales team, and operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, timely documentation, and an excellent customer experience across all B2B touchpoints.

  • Manage existing B2B corporate and vending accounts, providing responsive after‑sales support via email, ensuring issues are resolved before cut-off times.
  • Draft and manage Delivery Orders, Purchase Orders, contracts and invoices, ensuring all sales documents are accurate and issued on time.
  • Process invoices and POs promptly to support smooth billing, reconciliation and cashflow.
  • Plan and create monthly snack schedules for clients, and handle ad hoc changes or special requests to their orders.
  • Ensure delivery orders are printed, checked and email to the fulfilment team on time for daily operations.
  • Prepare and update weekly and monthly B2B and vending sales reports for the sales team and supervisor, highlighting key trends for review.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with B2B and vending clients by addressing enquiries, resolving issues and supporting overall client satisfaction together with the supervisor.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor to support sales and operations.
