Regional Sales Executive - B2B SaaS
Full time | 70k base + uncapped commissions | Remote - USA | Individual Contributor

eBacon is a FinTech/HCM platform built specifically for construction and government contractors navigating Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage compliance. It's a niche with real pain, real urgency, and almost no competition that does what we do at our level.
We're hiring a hunter. This is new logo acquisition only -- no renewals, no account management, no shared territory. You own the West, you build the pipeline, you close the deals.

If you've spent years doing demos that were really just elaborate order-taking, this isn't that. If you've carried a bag and genuinely loved it, keep reading.


What You'll Do

Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract across a defined West region territory. Average deal sizes run $10K-$100K ARR. You'll prospect, qualify, build business cases, and close -- with support from marketing and a tight internal team, but without anyone doing the hard part for you.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with quota attainment you can speak to specifically
  • Comfort selling in the $10K-$100K ARR range -- you know how to build a business case and handle price objections without apologizing for the number
  • Outbound-first mindset. 
  • Strong discovery instincts. You ask before you pitch.
  • You're a quick study on industry context. HR and payroll operations in the construction space isn't something most people know, but that's a challenge that you're willing to take on. 

Compensation
Base salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings:
Year 1: $85,000 – $95,000
Year 2: $150,000 – $250,000
Year 3+: $250,000+

Year 1 reflects ramp. By year 2, your territory is built and the pipeline is flowing.
Year 3+ is what happens when you stop planting seeds and start harvesting.
Commissions are uncapped. Your ceiling is yours to set.
