We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans for 2026 and beyond.

We are seeking a Creative QA Specialist to safeguard the technical excellence and visual integrity of our digital advertising portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the final checkpoint for interactive "Playable" units, providing first-line support for creative production. Your mission is to eliminate user friction and ensure 100% technical compliance prior to campaign launch.

  • Creative Consultation: Partner with designers to provide UI/UX feedback specifically tailored for interactive units.

2. Mobile Playables, Video & CTV Campaigns

  • Functional Testing: Execute end-to-end testing of HTML5 playable units. Verify gameplay logic, win/loss states, and CTA mapping.
  • Cross-Environment Validation: Ensure seamless performance across a fragmented landscape of mobile devices (iOS/Android), OS versions, and desktop browsers.
  • CTV Compliance: Audit Connected TV video assets for bitrate stability, VAST wrapper compatibility, and adherence to "safe zone" UI constraints for 10-foot viewing experiences.
  • Tag & Tracker Verification: Confirm that tracking pixels and event triggers (MRAID, VAST) fire accurately to guarantee clean data reporting.

  • Proficient with Browser DevTools, device simulators, and Jira/Asana.
  • Deep understanding of digital ad formats (Display, Video, Playable) and mobile constraints.

  • Integrate a highly motivated and young team.
