Roles & Responsibilities

  • One to two years of related or similar experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a non-technical discipline or equivalent combination of on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, or industry-specific skills

Requirements:

  • Analyze, develop, document, code, test, and convert client data into Keystone using standard procedures; maintain primary table records with accuracy and follow conversion day procedures
  • Perform complex data transfers, interface development, and manage vendor cross-reference files; run and verify post-conversion fixes and standard/non-standard auxiliary conversions (CSV templates and external vendors); run manual mergers as needed
  • Collaborate with conversion analysts and development team members; participate in development meetings, paired programming, and assist with client relations issues related to conversion projects
  • Maintain Keystone knowledge through ongoing training; enhance SQL proficiency; manage multiple projects to meet deadlines with limited escalation

What We Are Looking For:

To analyze, develop, document, code, test and convert client data into Keystone using the application of standard code. Responsible for following instruction to maintain and code primary table records with intermediate accuracy. Demonstrate entry-level skill analyzing and solving programming problems that align with client needs.

Requirements

· Required to complete the conversion of a smaller client database less than $500 million in asset size with team support. Ability to convert database with less than 15 post programmatic conversion issues. Complete conversion of simultaneous core and external vendor data. Required to follow and perform all conversion day procedures with team support. Able to handle all conversion day (and weekend) duties with support.

· Ability to multi-task; must be organized to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. Maintains interpersonal and communication skills with project resources; works well with team members and is willing to assisting others. Focused time management skills that are organized and able to establish and follow through on priorities with Lead and/or Management input. Required to follow and meet project deadlines with limited escalation from management.

· Must perform complex data transfers, interface development, and vendor cross reference files. Interface code needs approval prior to code check in. Run and verify post conversion fixes. Run and verify standard auxiliary conversions for CSV templates. Run and verify non-standard auxiliary conversions for external vendors. Run manual merger program for any client size.

· Function as a support role when assigned to address client relations issues. Frequently meets with conversion analyst to gather requirements and reviews appropriate credit union application specifications under general supervision/guidance.

· Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance Keystone knowledge. Proficiency with SQL and writing queries against complex database structures.· Your job duties include attending and contributing to development team meetings, supporting paired programming project tasks, and collaborating with other developers to convert client data.

Education
