Requirements:

  • Design individualized behavioral programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
  • Supervise RBTs (eligible) and mentor staff as part of a collaborative team with SLP-BCBAs.
  • Engage in co-treat sessions with dually certified SLP-BCBAs and participate in Behavior Treatment Committee collaboration sessions.
  • Implement neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care while supporting ongoing clinical growth through mentorship and continuing education.
