  • Populate and submit item adjustment and freight forms; perform other duties as assigned

HALO is looking for Purchasing Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory accuracy and levels for assigned Clients in accordance with their program guidelines. This individual will also be responsible for confirming and ensuring that multiple units of merchandise is shipped promptly as well as collaborate with Program Coordinators and Customer Service team on the clients’ continued satisfaction with HALO products/services.


Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze Program reports 
  • Collaborate with Buyers and Program Account Managers to maintain appropriate inventory levels for SKUs.
  • Follow individual program and department guidelines to initiate appropriate action for PO placement, follow up, inventory adjustments, and reporting
  • Check ship dates on in-bound inventory replenishment orders and work with all stake holders until receipt
  • Post shipments and receiving 
  • Update notes for items in Fourgen ERP
  • Create, proof and submit purchase orders daily
  • Review and approve artwork proofs
  • Monitor purchase orders with in-hands dates to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any risks or delays
  • Populate and submit item adjustment and freight forms
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of administrative or related experience
  • Proven experience working with key AEs, sales professionals, and/or clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage shifting priorities
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive, adaptable approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, positive demeanor
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support varying workloads, including overtime as needed

 

Compensation: The estimated hour rate range for this position is between $18.00 - $23.00 an hour. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
