  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Patient Support, Regions, ACS CAN, MSE, Risk Management, Sponsored Programs, and other teams to ensure seamless, integrated delivery of partnership commitments.
  • Develop and execute stewardship and engagement strategies for priority partnerships, including executive engagement, impact storytelling, and renewal/expansion to support ongoing partnerships.

The Senior Program Manager, Corporate Account Operations plays a critical role in the execution, stewardship, and growth of priority national corporate partnerships. Serving as the implementation owner for high-profile, high-revenue accounts, this role ensures partnership commitments are delivered with excellence through strong cross-functional collaboration, operational rigor, and strategic account management. Success in this role is defined by maximizing partnership revenue, driving renewal and expansion, and delivering seamless, high-impact experiences for corporate partners across the enterprise.

**This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role**

**Temporary position is expected to last through August 2026**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Leads national execution of priority corporate partnerships by serving as the primary implementation owner for high-profile, high-revenue accounts to maximize fundraising outcomes and partner satisfaction. (25%) 
  • Partners with Enterprise Corporate Partnerships leadership to execute revenue-generating strategies across corporate grants, employee-activated, and consumer-activated initiatives aligned to enterprise priorities. (20%) 
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, Patient Support, Regions, ACS CAN, MSE, Risk Management, Sponsored Programs, and other teams to ensure seamless, integrated delivery of partnership commitments. (15%) 
  • Develops and executes comprehensive stewardship and engagement strategies for priority partnerships, including executive engagement, impact storytelling, and relationship deepening to support renewal and expansion. (15%) 
  • Oversees program performance and accountability by monitoring deliverables, fundraising progress, ROI, and partner satisfaction, and adjusting execution strategies as needed. (10%) 
  • Ensures operational discipline and system excellence by serving as a Salesforce subject-matter expert and overseeing accurate tracking, reconciliation, reporting, and impact measurement. (10%) 
  • Builds strong field and regional partnerships to activate enterprise-wide opportunities, align national strategy with local execution, and leverage regional relationships to drive growth. (5%) 

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Degree Preferred:  Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field. 

  • Years of experience:  3-5 years’ experience executing corporate programs and events for a multi-million-dollar organization 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 

  • Able to manage and motivate diverse groups and individuals and work successfully in a team environment. 

  • Able to cultivate relationships with targeted organizations and diverse populations to create a sense of urgency related to awareness of cancer as a major health problem and motivate action. 

  • Able to interact effectively with representatives of all levels from Fortune 1000, large corporations, community leaders, and distinguished partners. 

  • Outcome driven with strong project planning and organization skills. 

  • Strong customer service orientation, with extensive experience in effectively addressing, negotiating, and resolving issues with constituents as they arise. 

  • Ability to respond appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and priorities. 

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, partner with multiple levels of the organization (Field Leaders, Enterprise leadership, area leads, account managers and account operations managers), managing projects and tracking expenses, timelines, and coordinating resources. 

  • Able to integrate and analyze information to assist with recommending options and solutions.   

  • Take responsibility for delivering organizational commitments.  

  • Strong market, community, and constituent perspective. 

  • Ability to analyze and integrate information from relevant sources and make appropriate decisions. 

  • Broad knowledge of the overall structure, programs, and services of the American Cancer Society including policies and procedures. 

  • Knowledge of product marketing/sales concepts. 

  • Outstanding presentation skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The starting annual salary of $75,000 to $80,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
