Position Summary: President, CampSite

The President of CampSite will lead an established, distributed team through a period of continued growth, driving the business toward its next stage of scale. This includes overseeing product evolution, customer retention and expansion, team development, and integration of a recent tuck-in acquisition. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and operational rigor, with the ability to earn trust from a tenured team while driving measurable improvements in performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own full P&L for the business, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and resource allocation decisions

  • Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and customer success to achieve business objectives

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with accurate and timely performance reporting

  • Maintain strategic alignment with portfolio leadership and deliver on performance commitments and reporting requirements

  • Build and maintain a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability, transparency, and professional development

  • Lead customer retention, expansion revenue, and satisfaction initiatives

  • Partner with technical leadership to align product roadmap with market demand and customer needs

  • Oversee organizational design, hiring, succession planning, and team structure as the company scales

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand market share

  • Drive AI transformation across product development, operations, and customer-facing capabilities to improve efficiency and competitive positioning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience (VP-level or above) in a technology or software company

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and accountability for financial performance of a business unit or company

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, particularly vertical market software serving niche industries

  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance-based analysis

  • Track record of driving modern technology practices and innovation within product organizations

  • Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including implementing AI-enhanced development practices, automating workflows, or integrating AI capabilities into products or operations

  • Knowledge of SaaS financial services and / or payments monetization

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline

  • Domain knowledge in camp management, recreation, outdoor education, or hospitality technology sectors a plus
