Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients across Maryland. In this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, assess client needs, create treatment plans, and support individuals working through anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges.

This is a full-time telehealth position with a steady Monday–Friday schedule, strong annual pay, and full benefits. The role is ideal for an LCPC who comfortable working is independently, communicates clearly, and values consistent client care in a remote setting.

Location: Maryland
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling services through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
  • Develop treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals
  • Use evidence-based therapy methods appropriate to the client’s presentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, treatment plans, and documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when clinically appropriate
  • Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote mental health care
  • Coordinate care or provide referrals when additional support is needed

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor license in Maryland
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, couples, or adolescents
  • Comfortable delivering services through telehealth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time clinical caseload
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and online documentation systems
