Roles & Responsibilities

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum 3 years post-certification experience as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA (external) or minimum 1 year (internal) post-certification as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

  • Ability to pass a Background Criminal Investigation

  • Maintain a two-tiered client caseload and meet the weekly billable requirement of 22.5 hours
  • Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to less experienced BCBAs
  • Oversee clinical processes at the site and assist in performance reviews with the Site Operations Manager or Site Director

The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You’ll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties:

Qualifications:

  • External Applicants: Minimum of 3 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

  • Internal Applicants (Current MeBe staff): Minimum of 1 year, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
