Job description

Overview:

Location: Nashville, TN - Must live within 60 minutes of Downtown

Job Type: Long term Contract

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card

The A.C.Coy Company is currently hiring for a Network Test Specialist role to support wireless testing projects in Greater Nashville and surrounding areas in TN and KY. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Wireless Testing experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to complete walk tests of up to 1/2 mile, when needed.

Our Client will provide paid training, a vehicle to use for work, a gas card, and all the necessary test equipment.

Responsibilities:

Drive test collection, special project testing, and field coordination with Client representatives
Utilization of various test equipment arrangements, system test receivers, test vehicle and associated laptop computer
Interaction with other engineering personnel in team oriented environment

Qualifications:

Required

AS degree in Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience/military service
Able to utilize a laptop and quickly learn Windows-based testing applications
Willingness to operate a vehicle 6-7 hours per day and ability to use a GPS for navigation
Ability to stay in the test region overnight very occasionally with lodging, vehicle, and expenses paid by the company
Must have a clean criminal and driving background with valid license
Must be able drive a vehicle leased through Enterprise Car Rental (Can't be on Do-Not-Rent List)
