JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

• Criar e configurar intents, entities e fluxos conversacionais no Dialogflow (CX ou ES)
• Desenvolver experiências conversacionais utilizando IA generativa (prompts e playbooks)
• Construir interfaces conversacionais com foco em linguagem natural (NLP)
• Integrar chatbots com diferentes canais (web, apps, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Otimizar performance e assertividade das interações do bot
• Evoluir continuamente a experiência do usuário com base em dados reais

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Experiência prática com Dialogflow (CX ou ES)
• Experiência na construção de fluxos conversacionais (intents, entities, contextos)
• Vivência com IA generativa aplicada a chatbots (prompt design / playbooks)
• Conhecimento em NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Experiência com integração de chatbots em múltiplos canais
• Capacidade de pensar jornada e experiência do usuário (UX conversacional)
