Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with solid QA and test automation experience in modern environments.
  • Hands-on automation testing across unit, integration, system, and UAT, including REST API and microservices testing; design and execution of test plans; UI/E2E testing.
  • Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and JavaScript/TypeScript; knowledge of Angular; Flutter experience or willingness to learn; Appium is desirable.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL and NoSQL), data validation and integrity; familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or Jenkins), and basic Google Cloud Platform concepts.

Requirements:

  • Design and execute automated tests across all levels (unit, integration, system, UAT) and UI/E2E tests.
  • Implement UI/E2E testing and validate web applications (Angular) and mobile apps (Flutter).
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality in new and legacy systems.
  • Validate data and complex workflows; collaborate with development teams and participate in code reviews to drive QA improvements.

Estamos en búsqueda de un/a QA Engineer con fuerte enfoque en automatización, para integrarse a un proyecto internacional trabajando con equipos de alto nivel técnico.

🌎 Modalidad: 100% remoto
🕒 Se trabaja con calendario y zona horaria de México
🤝 Contrato: Contractor
💵 Pago: USD

🎯 Perfil requerido

Profesional en Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines, con experiencia sólida en aseguramiento de calidad y automatización de pruebas en entornos modernos.

🛠️ Requisitos técnicos

🔁 Automatización & Testing

  • Experiencia en automatización de pruebas:

    • Unitarias, integración, sistema y UAT

  • Diseño y ejecución de planes de prueba

  • Testing de APIs REST y microservicios

🖥️ UI / E2E (Excluyente)

  • Experiencia con:

    • Cypress, Selenium u otras

  • Creación de suites automatizadas de interfaz

🌐 Frontend & Mobile

  • Conocimientos en Angular

  • Experiencia en testing responsive y mobile

  • Familiaridad con Flutter (o interés en aprender)

  • Deseable: Appium

💻 Lenguajes

  • Python (excluyente)

  • Conocimientos en JavaScript / TypeScript

  • Go (deseable o interés en aprender)

  • Dart (plus)

🗄️ Bases de datos

  • Validación de datos en MySQL y NoSQL

  • Integridad y consistencia de datos

  • Deseable: Firestore

⚙️ Herramientas & Frameworks

  • Testing en Python (pytest, unittest)

  • APIs: Postman, RestAssured

  • Frameworks web: Flask o FastAPI

  • Deseable: Echo (Go)

🔄 CI/CD & DevOps

  • Git / GitHub

  • Pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)

  • Integración de pruebas automatizadas

☁️ Cloud

  • Experiencia o interés en GCP

  • Servicios como:

    • Cloud Run

    • Pub/Sub

    • Cloud Functions

    • Cloud SQL

  • Interpretación de logs en entornos cloud

➕ Otros

  • Manejo de entornos virtuales (venv, Poetry)

  • Docker (deseable)

  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas automatizadas en todos los niveles

  • Implementar testing UI/E2E

  • Validar aplicaciones web (Angular) y mobile (Flutter)

  • Integrar pruebas en pipelines CI/CD

  • Asegurar calidad en sistemas nuevos y legados

  • Validar datos y flujos complejos

  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo

  • Participar en code reviews y mejora continua QA
