Job description

🌟 We’re Hiring!

Triage, Duty & Onboarding Clinician (Neurodevelopmental Services)

Remote working style with occasional travel to our UK offices.

Full Time, Permanent

£55,000 per annum plus amazing bonus and benefits package included!

We are seeking an experienced and confident clinician to join XYLA Neurodevelopmental Services as a Triage, Duty & Onboarding Clinician. This is a pivotal clinical leadership and operational interface role, sitting at the heart of service safety, clinical quality, and workforce readiness across our Neurodevelopmental pathways.

Rather than being embedded within a single pathway, this role functions as a central clinical coordination and quality gateway, ensuring referrals are appropriately triaged, clinicians are supported in real time, and new starters are onboarded safely and effectively into ND assessment work.

You will act as a trusted clinical escalation point, translating clinical governance requirements into day-to-day practice and helping to maintain service continuity during periods of pressure or change.

Part of Acacium Group, Xyla is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed. Working with over 80 NHS trusts, our clinical care team delivers a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.
