The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of digital identity across Europe. At Scrive we offer a vibrant culture, opportunities for growth, and the chance to make a real impact in the rapidly evolving eSignature industry.

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth and evolution of our Identity product portfolio (the enablement part of our portfolio) and build products that our customers love and trust.

📍 The role is ideally based in any of Scrive’s hubs (Stockholm, Amsterdam, Oslo, Berlin, or Copenhagen), but are also open for remote work. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Identity and Trust who is based in Stockholm.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own the product vision and strategic roadmapping: shape the roadmap for your product area, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy, while ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.

  • Drive product outcomes and delivery: define success metrics for functionalities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

  • Collaborate in a product trio: work closely with Engineering, other Product Managers, and Product Design to ensure seamless delivery and adoption, while acting as a customer champion by gathering user feedback and competitor insights.

  • Lead commercial strategy and external partnerships: develop compelling pricing and Go-To-Market strategies to unlock growth, while building strong relationships with identity providers, integration partners, and key customers.


What we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Product Manager role, with a track record of leading complex SaaS products or services.

  • Proven track record in product development, roadmap planning, and translating customer needs into actionable features - preferably within a regulated or high-compliance industry.

  • Problem-solving skills: ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive and scalable approach.

  • Excellent communication skills: strong relationship-building, collaboration, and storytelling abilities, with fluency in English.


🌟 Bonus points if you have:

  • Knowledge or experience working with electronic signatures and digital identity.

  • Experience in scaling products within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • A background in building or scaling API-driven products where developers and technical teams are key users.

  • The ability to work from our offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Berlin.
