What You'll DoBuild out new features and enhancements for the client's primary SaaS product, partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirementsIdentify general improvements across various areas of the application, proactively surfacing opportunities to enhance user experience, performance, and functionalityWrite clear, comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business teams around a shared visionCreate and maintain well-scoped Jira tickets, ensuring acceptance criteria, dependencies, and priorities are clearly defined for the development teamProduce wireframes, mockups, and interactive designs in Figma to communicate product concepts and user flowsWork directly with developers throughout their sprints — answering questions, walking through requirements, attending demos, and reviewing test cases to ensure delivery matches intentAnalyze product usage data and reporting in Power BI to inform prioritization decisions and measure the impact of shipped featuresPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, and client stakeholders) to keep work moving smoothly from concept through releaseWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or similar product-focused role, preferably within a SaaS environmentProven experience writing high-quality PRDs and breaking down complex initiatives into well-structured user stories and ticketsHands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and ticket lifecycle trackingWorking proficiency in Figma, including the ability to create wireframes, mockups, and basic interactive prototypesExperience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) to analyze product metrics, build reports, and translate data into product insightsComfortable working directly with engineering teams during sprint ceremonies — standups, refinement, sprint reviews, and retrosStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a user-centric mindset and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environmentNice to HaveExperience working with distributed or fully remote teamsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremoniesBackground in QA, UX research, or front-end developmentPrior experience working in a consultancy or client-services environmentCompany BenefitsCompetitive salary and bonuses, including performance-based salary increases.Generous paid-time-off policyFlexible working hoursWork remotelyContinuing education, training, conferencesCompany-sponsored coursework, exams, and certificationsBeing a consultant in our team is a fun, challenging, and rewarding career choice.
