We are looking for an Accounting Support - Minijob (m/f/d) to assist our team with day-to-day finance and accounting operations. In this role, you will support the accurate processing of contracts, invoices, and financial data, ensuring that our systems are always up to date

Your Mission
  • Review and validate contracts, resolve inconsistencies, and ensure accurate setup in CRM
  • Prepare order confirmations and invoices, including final quality checks before sending
  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success on active contracts (e.g. renewals, terminations)
  • Handle customer inquiries related to contracts and billing
  • Execute operational tasks and ensure data consistency across systems (e.g. billing intervals)
  • Own DSO management: track receivables, follow up on overdue invoices, and support healthy cash flow
