The Benefits & Payroll Specialist supports the administration of the firm’s employee benefits and payroll related functions, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key resource for benefits support, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle transactions, and leave administration. The Benefits & Payroll Specialist works closely with HR, Payroll, and external vendors to maintain accurate records, resolve employee inquiries, and deliver timely, detail-oriented support across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
