Key Responsibilities

  • Introduce and position an innovative, AI-driven career guidance solution to schools and educational institutions in a clear, engaging way

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers including school administrators, teachers, and management teams

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the education sector

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that showcase the platform’s value in guiding students’ career paths

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach and engagement to closing and onboarding institutions

  • Consistently achieve  monthly revenue targets through structured and proactive sales efforts

  • Maintain an organized pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions effectively

  • Gather client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement and stronger product positioning

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-focused approach

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field
