Job Description

At Procter & Gamble (P&G) IT, we continue to grow, and we are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Intelligence Specialist with a strong blend of business understanding and a solid technical background to join our Personal Health Care IT department. We are offering the opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute significantly within our Team of Personal Health Care.

As a Business Intelligence Specialist in Personal Health Care, you will play a key role in collaborating on cross-functional projects to enhance our IT solutions, acting as a trusted data partner throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Build Power BI dashboards and data models.
  • Perform data analysis, automation, and data preparation using Excel.
  • Use Python / SQL to access and transform data in Azure Databricks.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical and technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders, participating in engaging meetings to share your findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, KPI coherence, and alignment with business rules.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong business understanding combined with a solid technical background.
  • Strong skillset in Power BI (Power Query and DAX) and Excel for high-quality reporting, analysis, and decision support.
  • Experience building dashboards, data models, and performing data analysis.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL. Exposure to Databricks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure environment (basic to intermediate level).
  • Exposure to Power Apps / Power Automate, to support and optimize business processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working with ownership.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 tools.
  • Proficiency in English.
