Licensed Marital and Family Therapist

We are looking for a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Iowa. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who enjoys helping clients improve communication, manage family or relationship stress, and build healthier patterns in daily life. Sessions are completed remotely, with a steady Monday to Friday schedule and full benefits included.

Location: Iowa
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client concerns and create treatment plans that are clear and realistic
• Help clients work through relationship strain, family conflict, emotional concerns, and behavioral patterns
• Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes in a timely manner
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote setting
• Review client progress and update goals as needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Active LMFT license in Iowa
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable providing services through telehealth
• Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
