Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients in Washington. You will help clients identify challenges, set treatment goals, learn healthier coping strategies, and track progress over time. The work is hands-on, clinical, and focused on helping people function better in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to clients
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress reviews
• Support clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life changes
• Use appropriate clinical methods based on client needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all ethical, legal, and licensing guidelines

Requirements

• Active Washington LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Clinical experience in therapy, behavioral health, or mental health care
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
